Returns

You can return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. 

If you want to use free returns within the European Union, attach the included return label to the package. 

If you are returning from outside the European Union, you pay for the shipment.

Return instructions within the European Union: 

inpost If your package was delivered by InPost
  • Go to the website: szybkiezwroty.pl.
  • Search for Helikon-Tex in the list and enter the required information.
  • Generate a return code.
  • Drop off the parcel at chosen point.
UPS If your package was delivered by UPS

Send the return shipment number received from the courier along with the list of returned products to the e-mail: online.eu@directactiongear.com

We have 14 working days from receiving the return to process it. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used (PayPal/PayU). 

We do not exchange purchased products for others. You can return the purchased product and place a new order. 

Complaints  

If the product is faulty or does not meet the terms of the agreement, send a complaint to the emaill online.eu@directactiongear.com. In the complaint, provide the order number, a description of the defect, and attach clear photos of the product.

We have 14 working days from the moment the complaint is submitted to inform you of our decision.

If you want to file a complaint about our product purchased in another store, please contact the seller.
