We're on comms Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 CET.

Shipping

Orders are packed Monday to Friday at our head office in Poland.

If you place your order before 1:00 PM CET, we’ll ship it the same or next business day.
 During weekends, holidays, or big promos, packing might take a bit longer – but no more than 5 business days.

Shipping cost and tax depend on the delivery address. You will know them after completing the country and postcode in the order form.

We ship to most countries. 

If your country isn’t listed in the cart, it means we don’t ship there. 

If the delivery country of the order is not part of the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties.

These depend on your country’s regulations. 

For purchases of PLN250 or more, shipping within Poland is free.

For purchases €250 or more shipping within the European Union is free.

Domestic shipments within Poland are handled by UPS or InPost.
International shipments are handled exclusively by UPS.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll get an e-mail with confirmation and tracking number.
