Once an item ships out, any duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an order is held or seized in customs, Direct Action Gear will not issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product(s) they order are legal to import to their country.
Direct Action Gear normally ships out orders within 48 hours to 72 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) after we receive the order, unless the item is shipped from the manufacturer, marked unavailable or out of stock. We will notify you via email within 24 business hours if we have a problem or problems with your order.
Direct Action Gear will only ship purchased items to your billing address. If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please contact us with your order ID and telephone number via email and request a shipping address change. If you do not contact us before we process your order, the items purchased will be shipped to your billing address. This is necessary to combat increasing credit card fraud from online orders.
We will not ship airsoft replica related orders to states (New York City, Washington D.C., some New Jersey towns) or countries that have airsoft bans in place. If you wish to order an item that is not listed on our website or if you are experiencing shopping cart problems, please email us at sales@directactiongear.com with your itemized order for a quote total.
Customers will be responsible for applicable taxes. Only AL residents must pay a state sales tax of 8.00%.

- Returns are not available unless Direct Action Gear has pre-authorized the return under extreme situations.
- All guns upgraded by Direct Action Gear will carry a 15-day warranty. *Warranty is limited for 15 Days. Removal of orange tip and/or using faulty bbs (I.E. low cost bbs, colorful bbs, non Direct Action Gear issued bbs) will void warranty.
- Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging and manuals.
- BB’s, upgrade parts, UPGRADED GUNS, and accessories are not returnable.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns, and shipping charges are not refunded.
- Cost of sending product(s) back to us is not covered in our warranty and return policy.
- You must email sales@directactiongear.com for all warranty and return claims before you ship any item back.
