This product is a uniquely designed Magazine Restraint System (MRS, patent pending). It
was specifically designed for citizens who are legally allowed to carry
concealed firearms that are looking to carry extra magazines in their
pants pocket. Anyone who trains with firearms can take advantage of the
MRS as well. The MRS allows the armed citizen
the option to carry an additional magazine without the need for a
magazine pouch and still remain low key.
The MRS has several tactical advantages when carrying your additional magazines. For
example, quick magazine reload (standing, sitting, crouching, & at
the prone position), the capability of having your magazine readily
available after a tactical reload (if needed), and many other
advantages.
Many firearms classes train to carry an additional magazine. With this product, the armed citizens will not have an excuse for not carrying an additional magazine. The MRS will stay in place and the citizen will continue to have full access to any content in their pockets.
The MRS is very easy to install. Remove the old butt plate and then slide on the MRS. At the moment, the MRS is designed for the single stack 1911 handguns and Glock 22/17 (and similar magazines).
